The Challenge

After implementation of a new product set, FI had remnants of previous product marketing, training, and self created product material throughout the network. FI also wanted to ensure costly marketing materials were not obsolete when enhancements were made to the product set.

The need for a single point of truth regarding products was necessary to ensure FI personnel and clients had consistent, current information about the product set. 

The Solution

  • Create an online Product Encyclopedia that;

    • Was a single point of truth for product information.

    • Provided information on Consumer, Small Business and Commercial product sets

    • Contained;

      • Product features and benefits.

      • A profile of the typical client who would benefit from the product.

      • Videos containing product information for visual learners.

      • The ability to print brochures for clients requesting more information.
