About Robert

Robert’s career has spanned over 40 years working with large (Capital One), medium (First National Bank of Commerce and Hibernia National Bank) and small (Fidelity Bank) sized financial institutions. He has been responsible for culture change initiatives, revolutionized how organizations interacted with their clients, and improved operational efficiencies. From implementing sales cultures and designing sales systems as part of automation initiatives, to facilitating company wide change initiatives (Covey and DISC), to developing learning curricula, courseware and eLearning, he’s gained insight into what it takes for organizations to be successful and the mistakes they often make that limit their ability fully deliver on their expectations.

He has developed programs with investments of $1.5MM impacting over seven hundred team members across multiple states, to working with a department with only three team members. His strength is in defining what success looks like, designing and implementing the processes necessary to achieve it, and putting monitoring systems in place to track it.

Leadership roles in accounting, consumer lending, deposit operations, marketing, and electronic banking have provided him with insight into how change impacts an organization. This allows him to see success factors others might not recognize. It’s a critical factor to his success.

Community minded, he has represented FI’s on the boards of the Community Cash ATM Network, and the Jefferson Chamber. He also led a Financial Education initiative with non profits, multiple school districts, and adult learners. He volunteers with the Habitat for Humanity and Teach for America, and serves as the Treasurer for the Greater New Orleans Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
